seen and dealt with almost every type of buyer from the
successful business person reliving their youth to the very
picky collector looking for the next jewel in his crown.
The customers that we enjoy the most are the father and son
buying his 1st Muscle car and the wife buying her husband a
surprise that he will always remember for his 40th birthday.
We specialize in very nice drivers that are collectable and fun to
drive, muscle cars that the average working person can
afford, a car with a great paint job that probably won't
have the original motor and that's OK. Usually our
customer wants to replace the car that they had in high
school, and like most of us, they sold to get a family car
when our wonderful little bundles of joy arrived (I sold my
79 Lil' Red Corvette and bought a S10 Blazer when my
children came along). We want your business and look

Shipping

Shipping is
easy We use and recommend Elite transport Gary and Nena Have
hauled 100s of cars for us and we have never had a single
customer complaint. An Enclosed car hauler will keep
your vehicle much safer. They will make all of the
arrangements. Call them for a painless and hassle free

recommend Elite for your shipping needs but we are not
associated with Elite and do not assume any liabilities nor
fault in any way in the rare case that a claim should occur. |

Vehicle Inspection |

It's always best to come and look (FLY IN and
DRIVE HOME) or send someone to inspect the
vehicle (a second set of eyes is always a good
idea even if you come and look). Greg McMeans does local
inspections for $150.00. Greg has inspected numerous
vehicles for our customers and is well qualified. He is the
governor of our local Corvette Club and you can call him at
580-465-1199. Red Line does not pay for your inspections and
does not assume any liabilities. All vehicles are sold as
is, where is, as stated below. |

Deposits |

We accept deposits ONLY
when we know that a car is SOLD.
The deposit gives the customer time to make arrangements to
inspect the car, arrange finance, or traveling to pick up
the car. The car will be as described we are
professionals. A $500 Deposit holds the car for a
week, so if you are dealing with a credit union or selling
stocks and it may take 2 weeks then your deposit is $1,000.
All deposits are "NON-REFUNDABLE". If you send us a
deposit you are telling us that you are buying this car.
If we take your deposit we are selling you this car and it
is legal and binding in the State of Oklahoma. We are
taking our car off of the market and telling other buyers
that you are buying this car. In doing so, if you do
not take the car it casts a shadow upon the car, as if there
is a problem, and the reality is that you simply changed
your mind for what ever reason. So in this rare case,
we will have to keep your deposit. However if you
change your mind or find another car in our inventory that
you like, your deposit is good towards any other vehicle in
stock at Red Line Auto Sports for up to one year. |

Payment |

You can wire the money or send a certified or personal
check. The car leaves after the check clears.
There is a $79.00 processing fee and that's it. No
other fees or taxes apply in the state of Oklahoma unless
you live in Oklahoma, then and only then you will pay the
DMV state taxes. When you decide to purchase the
vehicle, fill in the "PURCHASE AGREEMENT FORM", print it on
you computer, sign it in both places and mail us the
original signed sales agreement with deposit or full payment
. By signing the "PURCHASE AGREEMENT FORM", the purchaser
acknowledges that he or she has had an opportunity to
inspect the vehicle and/or sent a third party to inspect the
vehicle, or has opted not to inspect the vehicle and in any
case is satisfied with the current condition of the vehicle,
and agrees to accept it for the negotiated price
"AS IS / WHERE IS ", with any
and all faults and/or flaws.
In connection with the described vehicle, seller expressly
disclaims any and all warranties, either expressed or
implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to
assume for seller any liability in connection with the sale
of the described vehicle and the
vehicle is sold "AS IS / WHERE IS ".
Red Line Auto Sports is a licensed Oklahoma Used Car Dealer.
All Vehicle purchasers and/or parties agree that this
vehicle is sold in Lone Grove, Oklahoma, Carter County and
that only Oklahoma laws pertain to this purchase. Any
Legal actions shall be brought in Carter County court only.
The same applies to our websites, www.redlineautosports.com
and www.redlinemusclecars.com, although they maybe viewed
all over the world. All parties agree that they are
maintained in Oklahoma and only Oklahoma laws apply.
This agreement is legal and binding after it is signed by the
purchaser and only after Red Line Auto Sports accepts this
agreement. Red Line Auto Sports purchases its
inventory from private individuals, other licensed dealers,
and from auctions. All vehicles were purchased in
"AS-IS" condition and shall be sold "AS-IS" as per the terms
of the "BUYER'S GUIDE" presented and signed at the time of
sale. We can not and do not represent 100%
authenticity, unless it is available. We can only pass
along what we are told when we buy the car. We are
always happy to show our customers the engine casting
numbers, VIN numbers, trim tag, engine block stamping, and
transmission and rear end code stampings. We DO NOT
GUARANTEE that any part or component is in fact the original
or that it is correct for this car. "Numbers Matching" means
"Some Numbers May be Matching Now". There is ALWAYS the
possibility of restamped motors, transmissions & rear ends,
and as technology improves there will probably be even more.
We cannot guarantee the originality of this vehicle or any
part on this vehicle, including, but not limited to the
engine, transmission, rearend housing, "matching numbers",
color changes, data tag, the frame or any documentation.
The entire risk as to the originality and the inspection of
this vehicle before purchase is up to YOU - the Buyer.
Red Line Auto Sports assumes no responsibility or liability for any
typographical error that might be found in any of our
advertising, including any and all Internet sites. This
shall include any and all errors made in the description,
color, price, or equipment listed for all vehicles being
advertised for sale by Red Line Auto Sports. |
